Project Worker- Rooming House Relocations

About the role:

Unisons long term housing portfolio includes a number of rooming houses in the inner north and inner west. We intend to commence a two year transition from rooming house to self contains properties. Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will be responsible, in conjunction with the Unison Place Management teams facilitating a smooth transition for all residents from Unison rooming houses to alternative accommodation.

About you:

You will have housing/homelessness sector experience with a strong understanding of the residential tenancies act.  You will have proven high level communication and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and to social justice. You will also need in depth understanding and experience in navigating the housing and homelessness service system to facilitate high quality housing outcomes for people with complex needs.

On offer:

Full time, 2 year position with a starting salary of $72, 284.20 plus super, salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading. Unison provides a flexible, supportive and family friendly work environment including 5 weeks annual leave.
