Project Worker- Quality (Accreditation)

About the role:

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Unison funded services to meet requirements for accreditation under DHHS standards for specialist homelessness services. You will monitor the quality assurance plans including the Initial, Assessment and Planning (IAP), Transitional Housing (THM) and Housing Support (HS) services.

About you:

You will have a good understanding of quality assurance systems, DHHS standards and ideally the Specialist Homelessness Services sector. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to social justice and continuous improvement.

On offer:

Part-time, 15.2 hours per week position (days/hours negotiable) with a salary of $72, 284.20 (pro-rata) plus super, salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading. Unison provides a flexible, supportive and family friendly work environment including 5 weeks annual leave.
