Initial, Assessment and Planning Worker

About the role:

This role focuses on assisting individuals and families in housing crisis through conducting assessments, the provision of information and referrals, with follow up and financial support where appropriate.

About you:

You will have qualifications in a relevant discipline, experience in working with a broad range of clients, demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues confronting people who are homeless, along with excellent communications skills and a commitment to social justice.

On offer:
